Cancellation Policy

Hi! Thanks for your booking! This is very important⚠️ Please read the following notice and share it with your group. By making an appointment, you agree to the following terms. 1. Reschedule or Refund of the deposit has to be made at least 72 hours in advance; Otherwise no refund or no reschedule. Please contact our email. 2. For groups of 6 or more, a mandatory 13% service fee will be applied to the total bill to support staffing and service during your session . 3. For phone case DIY, please try on the case to double check. If you notice it’s the wrong model after you finish, we can do nothing about it. 4. Decoden is strong when it’s fully dry, but charms might fall off after using for a long time. Any kind of glue may be applied to stick them back on. Cold water may be applied to clean your case (gently!) 5. For most of decoden projects, after you finish your work, we will take it to bake (20-30mins), and you’ll be able to bring it home. When you’re back to your home, please open the box and let it air dry. It takes 5-10 days to become fully dry. 6. We always leave enough time for different projects. Most of the projects take 1-2 hours, we will let you know before you start. We do have a maximum session time, especially when we are fully booked. Exceeding the time limit for your project, there will be an additional $10 for each 30 mins. Time counts from your appointment time, the final baking doesn’t count. 7. We don’t accept ANY form of refund after leaving our workshop!!! 8.
